As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize your extensive cardiac experience and ICU expertise to deliver top-notch care to patients. Your ability to float to Medical Surgical units when needed will be invaluable in ensuring seamless patient care. Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and standards Document patient care according to standards of care Develop, initiate, and execute patient care plans as prescribed by physicians and hospital policy Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and escalate issues appropriately Need 2 years experience in setting Current IL License, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS required Graduate of an accredited nursing program; education verification required Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
