3:00pm - 3:00am Every other weekend rotation Participation in holiday rotational coverage

Qualifications:

Active Illinois RN license

BLS & ACLS

certifications required Minimum of 2 years' experience as an RN in a large, busy hospital Pediatric emergency experience required Permanent address must be outside a 50-mile radius

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department Assess, triage, and manage care for diverse patient populations, including pediatric cases Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Respond rapidly to emergencies and participate in trauma/critical care situations Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in line with hospital policies Support a culture of patient safety, education, and advocacy
