Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for Illinois practice Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and assessment skills Previous travel nursing experience a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU environment Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Perform interventions such as medication administration, advanced monitoring, and emergency response Communicate effectively with patients and families, supporting their emotional and physical needs
