Nursing Skills Lab Professionals will assist with simulation activities and ensure effective preparation, organization, and operation of the skills lab environment.
Responsibilities include:
Assist students with skills in lab in both nursing and nursing assistant programs Prepare lab for faculty-led lab sessions/competencies Prepare lab for simulated patient care experiences Support open-lab hours Inventory durable goods, software and supplies, ordering when needed Assist students in operating lab computer software Perform other duties as assigned This part-time, non-benefited position will be no more than 27 hours a week. Wage will be no less than $45.00/hour. Evening availability may be required depending on class schedules. Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Licensed as a Professional Registered Nurse in Illinois Bachelor's degree in nursing or closely related field Three years' nursing experience Acute care experience and knowledge/proficiency of basic psychomotor nursing skills LLCC strives to create an inclusive workplace and environment for our students, faculty and staff.
