Key Qualifications:

Current Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) with School Nurse endorsement required Certified School Nurse licensure in Illinois is mandatory Previous school-based RN experience highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Experience with IEP meetings and supporting students with special needs is a plus

Scope of Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive health services in both high school and elementary settings Provide daily care to students in the health office, addressing illnesses, injuries, and ongoing health needs Attend and participate in IEP meetings, supporting students with diverse medical and educational needs Maintain accurate health records in accordance with school and state regulations Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents regarding student health and wellness Ensure each building's health office is prepared and supplied for daily operations

Assignment Details:

Start:
