We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. Key Responsibilities Delivers advanced inpatient wound care. Assess, evaluates, and treats patient's complex acute and chronic wounds Monitors and manages wounds per treatment plans. Collaborate closely with physicians, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.

Job Requirements Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure:

Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Certifications:

Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Preferred Certification:

Wound Care Certification (WCC)

Experience:

Prior wound care nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to train self-motivated RNs passionate about wounds and critical care.

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency in verbal and written English.
