Your Role:
As an RN at Assurance Health, you will:
Deliver Exceptional Care:
Provide high-quality nursing care to our geriatric patients, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
Collaborate:
Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate:
Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Advocate:
Serve as an advocate for your patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications:
Licensed RN:
Must have an active RN license in the state of Indiana.
Experience:
Previous experience in psychiatric or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
Compassionate:
A genuine passion for working with the elderly and providing compassionate care.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
