Registered Nurse (Sign on Bonus)

Overview $3000 sign on bonus 37 bed facility. 6am to 6pm 6pm to 6am Every other weekend

$40 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse plays a crucial role in overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring that all medical protocols are followed. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Conduct thorough physical examinations and maintain accurate medical records. Administer IV infusions and perform IV insertions as necessary. Manage airway management procedures and ensure patient safety during treatment. Utilize PCC software for documentation and patient management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide education to patients regarding their conditions, treatments, and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) needs. Oversee procedures as required and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in training new nursing staff on protocols, procedures, and best practices. Experience A valid nursing license (LPN and/or RN) with experience in a clinical setting is required. Proficiency in managing medical records, including familiarity with ICD-10 coding. Experience with IV infusion techniques and airway management is essential. Knowledge of sonography practices is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are necessary for success in this role.
