The RN Emergency Response Team (ERT) role supports departments that do not typically operate 24/7 and require rapid-response clinical coverage for emergency procedures or urgent patient care situations. Associates must be able to report to the facility and clock in within 30 minutes of being called. What You Bring As a Registered Nurse,you'llbringa high levelof knowledge and competency in performing nursing care procedures, assessments, treatment, and techniques and your advanced analytical skills are necessary to solve complex problems and make decisions related to patient care. Youdemonstratethe interpersonal skills necessary toestablishand maintain effective working relationships with staff, patients, visitors, physicians, and others.
You demonstrate the ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner.
You have an understanding of the need to be responsive and reasonably adaptable for scheduling purposes, when necessary, due to extenuating circumstances in support of co-workers and department functions. Required Qualifications Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the state of Indiana Within 5 years of employment as an RN, obtain a BSN or certification in your area of specialty Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a Surgery supporting RN position Pre-op/post-op, PACU, or direct Surgery experience #MHONursing26
