Job Description
Total Body Wellness Brownsburg is seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinic. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working in an outpatient setting, values autonomy, and thrives in a team-based, patient-focused environment. The RN will support clinical operations, assist with patient care, and play a key role in delivering safe and effective wellness services. Responsibilities Perform patient intake, assessments, and triage Monitor patient vitals and clinical status Assist providers with outpatient procedures and treatments Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness services, and follow-up care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to optimize patient care Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to identify and escalate patient concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment • Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in triage or outpatient clinic settings preferred Strong critical-thinking and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities autonomously Willingness to learn new procedures and expand clinical skill sets Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off (PTO) and vacation pay 401(k) investing with employer matching Office services provided at reduced cost or free of charge Financial support for required certifications Annual allowance for continuing education Opportunities to learn advanced procedures and grow clinically Supportive work environment with an emphasis on work-life balance
