On-Call Registered Nurse (7 On / 7 Off) After-hours support. Mostly remote. Critical impact. The On-Call Registered Nurse provides after-hours triage, clinical guidance, and urgent in-person visits as needed for hospice patients receiving care in home or facility settings, supporting comfort, safety, and continuity of care. Schedule, Hours & Territory

• Dedicated on-call role with a rotating 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
• Coverage hours are 4:30 PM to 8:30 AM
