Role Duties:

Deliver skilled nursing care to Stepdown-level patients under the supervision of unit leadership Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions Administer prescribed medications, assist with diagnostic tests, and interpret results Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary care teams, and family members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding surgical or diagnostic procedures, recovery expectations, and care plans Accurately document all care and interventions in electronic health records

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum one year of recent Stepdown/Intermediate Care experience BLS and ACLS certification required Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and protocols
