Instructor for Indian Creek Healthcare Center . This is a full time position in a great, team atmosphere! Working Monday-Friday, and will only have a holiday on call rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a current license as a RN in the state where the center is located. Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As RN CNA Instructor, you will: Coordinate/conduct Nurse Aide training classes and testing and maintain all required documentation. Develop materials, manuals, and teaching aides and maintain resource library Coordinate State-mandated training hours for all CNA's Participate in QI meetings to ensure staff training in identified areas of weakness. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective orientation program. Conduct/coordinate skills testing.
