  • 6:30 AM (Monday-Thursday) Hickory Creek Crawfordsville is hiring Registered Nurses (RN).
This role offers consistent scheduling, a supportive clinical team, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship-based care in a skilled nursing environment. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships by learning the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses apply their clinical expertise to support the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents, contributing to a care environment centered on dignity, compassion, and quality outcomes. The role provides the opportunity to lead by example, support nursing staff, and ensure high standards of resident care.

            Requirements:
            • Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
            • Proficient medication management skills.
            • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
            • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
