Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role Overview:

Provide direct nursing care in an emergency department setting, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, follow physician and nursing orders, and assist with discharge planning.

Qualifications:

Valid RN licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing, BLS certification within 30 days, and either ACLS or PALS certification within 180 days. Trauma or Emergency Nursing certifications are preferred.

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and coordination skills tailored to emergency care.
