Job Description
Summary Summary Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, established departmental policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Indiana Nurse Practice Act, and the ANA Code of Ethics Education. This is an on call position only. Will be available for potential addition assignments that can be completed from home as deemed necessary by Hospice. Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Licensure/Certification Must provide current RN license by Indiana State Board of Nursing. Must have valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Must have current CPR certification.' Experience Must have 2 years nursing experience in an acute care setting. Home Health experience preferred.
