Job Description

Elite Infusion LLC is a growing home infusion agency based in Indiana seeking motivated professionals to fill Home Infusion Nurse roles. Elite was founded by a practicing, hands-on nurse with the sole mission of bringing nursing back to where it should be: patient centered care. This role includes scheduling patient visits, administering and monitoring the infusion at the patient home, and providing direct care.
Responsibilities:
Administration and self-administration instruction of specialty infusion therapies to patients, and or caregivers. Assess the patient during each visit for any medical or psychosocial needs. Initiating venous access and infusing Specialty medications such as IVIG, Subcutaneous IG, TNF, and Alpha products, as well as other chronic therapy medications. Coordinates total plan of care for the patient in the home Professional, friendly interaction with patients, families, advocates, pharmacists, providers, and partners. Provides written and verbal updates to care team members. Accurate and timely charting of patient visits using the AlayaCare system
Minimum Qualifications:
Active RN License with no restrictions Valid Driver's license / auto insurance with reliable personal transportation Current CPR Certification 2 years minimum experience in ICU, ER, Infusion settings Home care experience desired Self-sufficient with peripheral IV starts - a MUST! Ability to travel locally 100% of the time
