Indiana Medical Center | Multiple Locations We are seeking an experienced and confident RN Injector specializing in Botox and aesthetic treatments to join our growing medical spa team. This role is ideal for a results-driven provider who is passionate about aesthetics, client care, and delivering natural, high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities:

Perform Botox or other injectionables safely and effectively following medical protocols Conduct thorough client consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate clients on services, aftercare, and long-term treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and compliance standards Deliver exceptional client experiences from consultation to follow-up Recommend and upsell additional treatments and packages Support before/after photo tracking and client progress reviews

Requirements:

Active RN license Botox/injectables experience Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic best practices Excellent communication and consultation skills Sales confidence and ability to recommend treatment plans Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation:

Hourly + commission structure Performance-based bonuses High earning potential based on production
