Job Description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education in our long-term and post-acute care community. In this resident-centered, faith-based environment, you will design and deliver orientation, skills training, and ongoing competencies for nursing and care teams. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff in person-centered practices. This role offers meaningful impact, robust training resources, and growth within a mission-driven senior care organization. Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate clinical staff education and development programs. Coordinate orientation and ongoing competencies for nursing and care staff. Ensure training aligns with regulatory, safety, and quality standards for long-term care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to identify and address learning needs. Maintain accurate education records, schedules, and compliance documentation. Support quality improvement and infection prevention initiatives through training. Coach and mentor team members to strengthen clinical skills and best practices. Assist in developing policies, procedures, and educational materials for staff.
