Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document residents' conditions, communicating any changes to the healthcare team Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Educate and support residents and their families on health-related topicsQualifications:
