Job Description

Job Overview:
Lead with purpose and make a lasting impact on patients, staff, and your team. We're looking for a collaborative Registered Nurse Team Leader to oversee daily operations while supporting exceptional patient care in our Medical Unit.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Coordinate patient care, supervise clinical activities, and promote evidence-based practice. Mentor, educate, and engage staff while fostering a positive team culture. Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, workforce management, and staff development. Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes. Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, fiscal responsibility, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Active Indiana RN license or Compact State RN license (required). BSN required or willingness to obtain per organizational policy.
