Responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients by the use and implementation of the nursing process of assessment, derivation of the nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and re-evaluation of the care by using a holistic approach. Be a contributing member to the multidisciplinary health care team and must be able to communicate the needs of the patient/significant others to all disciplines involved in the patient's care.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Must hold a valid license to practice Nursing in the State of Indiana. CPR at first available opportunity at WHS. Previous experience in medical office preferred but training will be provided. Responsible for continuous self-professional development by attending seminars and maintaining CEU's.
