Job Description

Overview We are hiring 2 Nurse Practitioners. One will be in our Munster, IN office, and one will be at our Olympia Fields, IL location. Join our dynamic cardiology facilities as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner and become a vital part of delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans for patients with diverse cardiac conditions. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through expert clinical practice and compassionate care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and physical examinations specific to cardiology cases Manage and perform diagnostic evaluations such as echocardiograms, sonography, and cardiac catheterizations with precision and adherence to protocols Administer treatment including medication management for relevant conditions Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients across outpatient and inpatient settings Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) through Epic to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently Provide patient education on heart health, medication administration, lifestyle modifications, and post-discharge care plans Requirements Current Nurse Practitioner licensure with active certification in advanced practice nursing Proven experience in cardiology or critical care environments such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers Familiarity with
EMR/EHR EPIC
system for documentation and order entry Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and medical terminology related to cardiovascular health Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in hospitals New graduates are welcome to apply Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through expert clinical practice. Pay:
$105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
