Qualifications BLS Certification Full Job Description Role:
The Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments following standards Explain procedures, prepare patients for diagnostics, and assist physicians Maintain a safe environment, document patient information, and ensure infection control Coordinate discharge planning and advocate for patient needs Manage multiple patients efficiently, prioritize care, and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience Valid RN license, current BLS certification Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to move and assist patients, and sensory acuity
