Monday through Friday, rare weekends About the Role We are seeking a warm, friendly, and outgoing Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for an organized, patient-focused nurse who thrives in an upscale office environment and enjoys building strong relationships with patients. The primary focus of this role is clinical office nursing, exceptional IV/phlebotomy skills absolutely necessary , and smooth patient coordination. Women's health and aesthetic experience a bonus. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist with advanced specialty wellness and body-remodeling procedures.Primary Responsibilities Clinical Nursing & IV Therapy:
Deliver expert patient care by starting IVs, drawing blood, administering injections, and monitoring specialized IV therapies including ozone, chelation & iron infusions.Patient Triage & Coordination:
Manage phone inquiries, perform clinical triage, answer patient questions, and help with scheduling to ensure an efficient daily flow.Specialty Procedure Assistance:
Assist with cutting-edge wellness therapies, including OmniWave shockwave therapy and advanced body, face, and vaginal microneedling using the INMODE Empower system .What We Are Looking For Experience:
minimum 3-5 years of active nursing experience, with highly proficient, confident skills in peripheral IV placement and phlebotomy.Personality:
A warm, inviting, and friendly demeanor with an outgoing personality that puts patients at ease.Skills:
Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person, strong organizational abilities for scheduling/triage, and a genuine interest in evolving wellness practices.Credentials:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana and current BLS certification.
