We are owned and operated by an RN that is dedicated to offering compassionate, quality care to patients, and attaining and retaining elite professionals. We are a family oriented small business, fully staffed with clinicians, and have multiple cultures and languages on staff. We have doubled our census every year and are looking for another full-time RN to join our office team! We know that caring for our staff is a key factor in caring for our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

Interacts with clients, caregivers, and resolves concerns Communicates with physician regarding the patients needs and reports any changes in the patients condition Analyzes data gathered from assessment and records reviews Assists with field staff schedules and clinical questions Produces weekly and monthly reports pertinent for maintaining quality assurance Plans and implements the Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program to enhance the quality of patient care What is required: Drivers license Active RN IN license Home Health experience 3 years Be willing to adjust to industry changes and regulations Positive attitude Dedication to quality patient care Maintain industry standards
