Qualifications and Experience:

Current and valid RN license Demonstrated expertise in ER patient care Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid response skills Recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC or equivalent preferred Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable in high-stress situations

Key Responsibilities:

Triage and assess patients arriving to the ER Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed Monitor patient status, recognizing changes and escalating concerns appropriately Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly Provide patient and family education on treatments, procedures, and ongoing care Support overall unit function and maintain a safe, patient-centered environment This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by providing high-quality care in an ER setting known for its dedication to excellent patient outcomes.
