What You'll Bring Current, unencumbered Kansas Registered Nurse license or multistate license. Long-term care leadership experience and knowledge of applicable regulations. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-building skills. Proficiency with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred.
