Category Nursing - RN - Other Job Type Contract Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse skilled in emergency services to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. The role involves frontline responsibilities within a fast-paced setting, focusing on the management and care of patients experiencing urgent medical situations.
Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols. Triage, assess, and monitor patients presenting to the emergency department. Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document care activities, patient responses, and interventions thoroughly. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Respond swiftly and effectively to life-threatening situations. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license required. Proven experience in an emergency room or acute care setting. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid decision-making skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
