Setting:
ICU in a Critical Access Hospital Weekend shifts required Responsibilities Provide direct bedside care for adult ICU and ICU-supported Med-Surg patients during night shifts Monitor hemodynamics, ventilator support, sedation/analgesia titration, and ICU-specific drips; respond to ICU emergencies Administer medications, perform routine procedures, draw labs, and document in the Cerner system Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and communicate changes in patient status to the care team Floats to Med-Surg within scope to meet facility needs; ensure safe patient transfers and handoffs Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Kansas ACLS and PALS or ENPC certifications Minimum 1 year of ICU/critical care experience Comfortable with ICU-level monitoring, drips, and sedation; able to manage critically ill patients Cerner charting experience Weekend shifts required; ability to work 7p-7a Open to floating within scope to meet facility needs ASAP start required Benefits and Support Dedicated assignment support throughout the engagement 24/7 recruiter and travel support for travelers Credentialing and onboarding assistance Find more opportunities Interested in other roles?
