Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role:
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in an Ortho Neuro Surgical Trauma setting during night shifts. Act as the primary coordinator between physicians and specialists, monitor patient conditions, and facilitate safe discharges to support patient recovery.
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, exceptional patient care following protocols Advocate for patient wellness through continuous monitoring and communication Coordinate multidisciplinary care and serve as central contact Manage discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transitions
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse from the Kansas Board of Nursing Diploma from an accredited nursing program or professional licensure BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire
