Exposure to Meditech/CPN EMR and state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, coupled with the hands-on experience typical of a teaching hospital, makes this role a valuable addition to your resume. The 2:1 patient ratio enables you to deliver high-quality care, further developing your critical thinking and leadership skills in a high-acuity environment. Schedule/Hours:

Night shifts: 7 PM - 7

AM Qualifications:

Active RN license (unencumbered) Minimum 1 year of current, acute care hospital experience in

PICU BLS & PALS

certification required

Preferred:

CRRT experience, APHON, prior Pediatric Teaching Hospital exposure

Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a Level II Trauma PICU Collaborate closely with intensivists, RTs, and a multidisciplinary team Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements Consistently prioritize patient care and work well under pressure
