Registered Nurse Clinical DecisionsWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Clinical Decisions to provide comprehensive nursing care and support clinical decision-making for patients requiring evaluation, observation, and appropriate care planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients and evaluate clinical conditions to support appropriate care decisions. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient status. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to determine appropriate patient care and disposition. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety and infection prevention standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current RN license as required by the state. Current BLS certification. Previous acute-care, emergency, observation, or clinical decision-making experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
