Schedule/Hours:
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts 36 hours guaranteed per week Rotating weekendsResponsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care through all steps of the nursing process for patients undergoing rehabilitation or long-term care. Collaborate with diverse interdisciplinary teams, coordinating patient care across departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality in strict accordance with facility standards. Evaluate the care provided by direct caregivers to ensure the highest quality outcomes. Ensure adherence to mission-driven care and uphold facility values in all patient interactions. Adapt to float requirements as needed, gaining expertise across care settings.Qualifications:
Active RN license with at least 1 year of Rehab or LTC experience. BLS certification required. Proficient with EPIC EMR or willingness to learn. Commitment to wearing professional black scrubs. Strong communication skills and collaborative approach. Completion of flu vaccination (Nov 1 - Apr 1) or approved exemption.Benefits and Perks:
