Full-Time Night Nurse (RN/LPN)

Dawson Place Long-Term Care Job Summary:
Dawson Place is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Night Nurse to provide high-quality, elder-centered care in our long-term care community. The Night Nurse is responsible for monitoring resident health, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to elders in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule Monitor and document elder conditions, reporting changes promptly Respond to elder needs, emergencies, and call lights during the night shift Maintain accurate medical records and shift reports Collaborate with nursing staff and communicate effectively during shift changes Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Schedule:
Full-time, night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
