Certification policies and procedures, and assist with audits Communicate with patients and encourage them in their treatment plan (in person, by phone and HIPAA compliant text and email) Assist with the front office as needed (checking patients in and out, collecting copays and answering the phone) Qualifications Registered nurse licensed in Kansas (BSN preferred, LPN/LVN considered) Customer service, hospitality, or spa industry experience is a plus TMS and

experience is not required, as training is specific to Victory Clinic's TMS system and

policies and protocols.
Skill set:

IMPORTANT
the TMS system is a heavy magnet (similar to an MRI) and people with certain conditions (such as pacemaker or pregnancy) would not be advised to work around the system. Applicant must be able to perform essential job functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
