Position Summary:

MedCadre is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to join a healthcare facility's nursing team. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and close observation of cardiac and other vital signs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and telemetry services. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ECG readings, vital signs, and other relevant clinical data within the scope of practice. Assess patients' conditions and promptly report changes or abnormalities to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Document patient assessments, interventions, medication administration, and clinical outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Requirements:

Active RN license. 1 Year Telemetry experience is required BLS by AHA Skill Checklist is required COVID card (Medical/Religious exemptions are accepted)
