As an RN in the Operating Room, you'll work in a fast-paced environment within a designated trauma center that is renowned for its excellence in patient care and innovative practices. Exposure to a wide variety of surgical specialties and advanced equipment—including state-of-the-art robotics—will strengthen your resume and widen your scope of expertise. You'll collaborate with a team ranging from recent graduates to seasoned experts, offering opportunities for peer learning and mentorship as well as insight into new leadership styles and diverse workplace approaches.
Schedule Options:
8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available (subject to availability)Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current RN license Surgical/procedural experience preferred, but not required; new grads encouraged Eagerness to learn and participate as a valued member of a multidisciplinary surgical teamKey Responsibilities:
Provide focused, individualized care for surgical patients (1:1 ratio) Prepare, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment Document procedures using Meditech Consistently follow clinical guidelines while adapting to diverse surgical procedures, from trauma to robotics and pediatricsWhat Sets This Opportunity Apart:
