As an RN in the Operating Room, you'll work in a fast-paced environment within a designated trauma center that is renowned for its excellence in patient care and innovative practices. Exposure to a wide variety of surgical specialties and advanced equipment—including state-of-the-art robotics—will strengthen your resume and widen your scope of expertise. You'll collaborate with a team ranging from recent graduates to seasoned experts, offering opportunities for peer learning and mentorship as well as insight into new leadership styles and diverse workplace approaches.
Schedule Options:
8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available (subject to availability)
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current RN license Surgical/procedural experience preferred, but not required; new grads encouraged Eagerness to learn and participate as a valued member of a multidisciplinary surgical team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide focused, individualized care for surgical patients (1:1 ratio) Prepare, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment Document procedures using Meditech Consistently follow clinical guidelines while adapting to diverse surgical procedures, from trauma to robotics and pediatrics
