Hospice Nurse Practitioner - PRN Douglas County Visiting Nurses - 2.8 Lawrence, KS Job Details PRN 9 hours ago Qualifications Advanced practice provider Full Job Description The Hospice Nurse Practitioner provides face-to-face assessments and works with the interdisciplinary team (IDT). The Hospice NP is a conduit for a patient's ever-changing medical information, helping to ensure that each person is able to get the care they need. The Hospice NP may be responsible for traveling to a patient/client's place of residence to provide skilled nursing care. The Hospice NP is responsible for maintenance and accuracy of electronic medical records. The Hospice NP will provide services within the scope of Federal and State regulations, licensure, policies and procedures of the agency.
