Provide quality nursing care on the medical/surgical and step-down units Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly Follow facility protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance Support patients and families through compassionate careWhat You Need:
Active Kansas Registered Nursing License BLS Certification 1+ year recent experience in medical/surgical or step-down units Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team About theAssignment:
