As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive healthcare services. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. Administer medications, maintain patient records, and assist in the performance of diagnostic tests and analyses. Respond to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocol. Participate in educational review to remain abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and procedures in intensive care nursing. Required Skills Strong clinical skills with a focus on critical care Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic health records Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
