Emergency Room (ER) About the Role We're seeking a versatile and experienced Med SUrg/ER RN for a 13-week contract assignment in Marysville, Kansas. This position offers the opportunity to work in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) environment, providing both ER and Med Surg coverage as needed. As an ER RN, you will: Deliver compassionate and efficient emergency care in a rural hospital setting. Float between the Emergency Room and Med Surg units as required. Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Respond effectively to emergencies and rapidly changing situations. Provide leadership and support when serving in charge roles. Requirements 2+ year of Emergency Room RN experience required Active RN License (KS or Compact) ACLS and TNCC required Charge experience preferred CAH experience strongly preferred BLS certification Ability to adapt to a variety of patient care needs in both ER and Med Surg settings
