Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse focused on providing quality care for the well-being of our patients and families. This role is occasionally assigned to be charge nurse and delegate patient care assignments and duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluates outcomes of patient care, consults with other specialists as required and adjusts nursing care processes and daily assignments as necessary to ensure optimal patient care. Assists providers and other team members with examinations, procedures, rounds, and other processes related to direct patient care. Direct and Supervise LPNs, CNAs & IAs. For experienced RNs, opportunity for expanded role as Charge Nurse Potential for teaching and/or preceptor role
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Pass NCLEX. Licensure in Kansas. Accumulate 30 CEU's in 2 years to keep nursing license current. ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification. Satisfactory CPR review every 2 years. Must maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality at all times.
