Job Description:

Provides courteous responses and excellent customer service when fielding inquiries from consumers, clinic staff, physicians, colleagues, and leaders. Actively works with staff and supervisors to achieve established performance metric standards. Maintains knowledge of services and AdventHealth offerings to properly direct inquiries when outside of service's scope. Demonstrates excellent customer-care skills and provides virtual clinical care within the nursing scope of practice. Utilizes critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to provide triage to symptomatic consumers in accordance with scope of practice.

Days 10:30am-7:00 pm M-F Candidate must live within the Kansas City Metro area to be considered for this opportunity.

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• 2+ Clinical nursing experience [Required]
• 1+ virtual care monitoring or care experience [Preferred]
