Deliver emergency care to critically ill and injured patients in a high-volume ER (~200 visits/month) Assist with Med/Surg & ER patient care, including charting using Cerner system Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes Provide charge nurse duties as needed and receive additional pay for charge responsibilities Maintain compliance with all certification requirements and hospital protocols Work in a critical access facility with a focus on quality, efficiency, and patient safetyWhat You Need:
Active RN license in KansasBLS, ACLS, PALS
certifications; TNCC preferred Critical Access emergency department experience Strong Cerner charting skills (preferred) At least 1 year of ER or Med/Surg experience Ability to adapt to high-volume, fast-paced environments Previous travel RN experience is a plus About theAssignment:
This ER position is at a high-volume critical access hospital in Minneola, Kansas, serving a community with approximately 200 ER visits per month. The role involves a combination of emergency and medical-surgical patient care, with a flexible schedule on scheduled days.
