Schedule & Essential Details:
10-hour day shifts, 0630-1700, four shifts per week Weekend requirement: 1-2 weekends within a 3-month periodOn-call:
3-6 days within a 3-month period No floating requiredOrientation:
Blend of classroom, on-site, and virtual training Requests for time off during the World Cup (June 11-July 19) should be minimalQualifications:
Valid KS RN or Compact License Active AHA BLS Certification Minimum 1 year RN Operating Room experience, including general surgery, robotics, ortho, GU/GYN, ENT, and plastics Ability to adapt to fast-paced and varied surgical cases Previous experience with Epic EMR preferred No new graduates at this timeKey Responsibilities:
Provide perioperative patient care in collaboration with the surgical team Maintain sterile environment and adhere to surgical protocols Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams Participate in ongoing training and orientation modulesBenefits & Perks:
