Schedule & Essential Details:

10-hour day shifts, 0630-1700, four shifts per week Weekend requirement: 1-2 weekends within a 3-month period

On-call:

3-6 days within a 3-month period No floating required

Orientation:

Blend of classroom, on-site, and virtual training Requests for time off during the World Cup (June 11-July 19) should be minimal

Qualifications:

Valid KS RN or Compact License Active AHA BLS Certification Minimum 1 year RN Operating Room experience, including general surgery, robotics, ortho, GU/GYN, ENT, and plastics Ability to adapt to fast-paced and varied surgical cases Previous experience with Epic EMR preferred No new graduates at this time

Key Responsibilities:

Provide perioperative patient care in collaboration with the surgical team Maintain sterile environment and adhere to surgical protocols Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams Participate in ongoing training and orientation modules
