Join our award-winning team! Labette Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit on the night shift (7p-7a) . Our ICU nurses provide advanced, patient-centered care in a supportive environment where teamwork, expertise, and compassion make all the difference.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients Monitor, assess, and respond to complex patient needs using advanced equipment and protocols Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Document and communicate patient status and care interventions accurately Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Current Kansas RN license (or eligibility) BLS required; ACLS required (or obtained within 6 months) Critical care or step-down experience preferred, but we will train strong candidates
Schedule:
Full-time, Nights (7p-7a)
•36 hours per week
