Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active RN license (KS or compact state) Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience required BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills Proven ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments

Deliver specialized care to critically ill patients, including assessment, medication administration, and close monitoring Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Respond swiftly and efficiently to life-saving situations Educate patients and their families on care protocols and recovery processes Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with facility standards
