Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in the emergency room, utilizing strong clinical judgment and rapid assessment skills Triage and prioritize patient needs according to severity and established protocols Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by providers Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with facility, state, and federal requirements Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions Adhere to infection control standards and safety procedures in all clinical tasks Respond swiftly and appropriately in emergency situations and code responses

Qualifications:
