Resource Nurse Klaton Consultants Topeka, KS Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications LPN Full Job Description Klaton Consultants is looking for a Resource Nurse for our Assisted Living communities. This person will cover their assigned region. This person will work with the Executive Directors and RCCs (Resident Care Coordinator) to assist with task completion of items such as: quarterly pharmacy reviews, Risk Watch, admissions/re-admissions, labs (routine draw, review completion, and documented results, PCP notification and new orders, in-house physician visits/rounds, and order entry, and covering for the RCC when the RCC is on vacation, sick or if the position is vacant for a period of time. This person must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and have reliable transportation.
